Excellent service was provided by Abhilash. He was very quick and provided all the services quickly. Rooms are excellent as they have been renovated. Property is located on a small island very close to the beach. Beautiful and scenic location. Since its part of new management now (Many Properties in Goa owned by Phoenix Group), it will be called as "Phoniex Island Resort". Highly recommended.

The resort is located at a very nice location near the golden sand beaches of Kerala. The resort offers everything that is necessary for stay on a dream place. The staff is welcoming and the hygiene is well maintained.

The property is under renovation yet Cleartrip is offering the rooms at humongous rates. On reaching the property I was told the property is not available . The one rating is actually for Cleartrip as it is still offering the rooms at a price of 6000+

Its an amazing property. Its a quiet place with beautiful scenery,We had view to the backwater from our room. Food was also good.Overall its a must visit Possibility of excursions with the hotel or Boating and games

I loved this place. It's heavenly beautiful. The rich colors of nature and culture... It's all here. Amazing service. Amazing people. Tasty food. I loved it. It's very peace here so i recommend it to every person who wants to spend some quality time alone or with loved ones.
